In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the sm777 platform. This minimum age applies regardless of any lower age threshold that may be applicable under local law. sm777 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Residency

The sm777 platform is specifically designed to serve players based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing the platform.

2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

sm777 does not accept registrations from or permit access by residents of the following jurisdictions, among others: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Singapore, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, and any other jurisdiction where the provision or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. This list is subject to change without prior notice and Players are responsible for monitoring updates.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on the sm777 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — constitute a material breach of these Terms. sm777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit balances, and permanently ban the individual concerned.

3.1 Registration Information

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sm777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted from your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify sm777 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

sm777 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may request KYC documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) for identity verification, and a recent bank statement or utility bill for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

3.4 Account Currency

All sm777 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There is no mechanism to hold funds in any other currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed in IDR. No currency conversion fee is charged by sm777 at any stage of a transaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sm777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP (bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). Available payment methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change. sm777 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments originating from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes following confirmation of receipt by sm777's payment processing partners. sm777 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sm777 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC clearance. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of approval for e-wallet withdrawals and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to the receiving institution's clearing schedule. sm777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Cashier section and vary by payment method. Players on the sm777 VIP programme may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as determined by their account manager. sm777 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. sm777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration charge of Rp 50.000 against the balance of any dormant Account, provided that the balance is not reduced below zero. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy charge. Accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by sm777 are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the subject matter of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates: slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, and Live Blackjack typically contribute 10%; sakong (a traditional Indonesian card game popular in the region) and other card games contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates for each game are displayed in the bonus terms accompanying each offer.

5.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is Rp 200.000 (or the equivalent in the relevant game's stake unit). Bets placed in excess of this limit during bonus play may be voided at sm777's discretion, and any winnings attributable to such bets may be forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within 30 calendar days of the credit date will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within the Account portal.

5.5 Abuse & Misuse

sm777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through collusion, through the use of multiple accounts, through arbitrage strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, or by any other means that sm777 determines to be inconsistent with legitimate recreational play. Any determination under this clause is final and binding.

6.1 Game Availability

The sm777 game library — including live casino tables, slot titles, sportsbook markets, and instant-play card games — is subject to change without prior notice. sm777 may add, remove, or temporarily suspend specific games or markets for maintenance, regulatory, or commercial reasons. No compensation is payable in respect of the suspension or removal of any game or market.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, connectivity failure, or technical malfunction affecting any game outcome or sportsbook settlement, sm777 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the stake to the Player's Account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, that win is void regardless of whether it has been displayed on screen or credited to the Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a fundamental principle of the sm777 platform.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules

Sportsbook bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition, as published in the sm777 Sportsbook Rules section. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the true market price resulting from a system error, sm777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. BRI Liga 1, EPL, and all other featured competitions are subject to the applicable sporting body's official results as the final arbiter of settlement.

6.4 Responsible Use of the Platform

Players are expected to use the sm777 platform for lawful recreational purposes only. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, the layering of proceeds of crime, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other unlawful financial activity will result in immediate Account suspension, reporting to the relevant financial intelligence authority, and potential legal action.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sm777 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical device to interact with any game, sportsbook market, or platform feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party in any casino game or sportsbook market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus or promotional offers.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider while the corresponding funds remain in your Account or have been wagered.
• Using the platform while self-excluded or while a cooling-off period is active on your Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading KYC documentation.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar anonymising technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward sm777 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the sm777 platform — including but not limited to the sm777 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of sm777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any sm777 content or software without express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9.1 Platform Availability

sm777 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond sm777's reasonable control. sm777 accepts no liability for any loss — including loss of wagering opportunity, loss of winnings, or consequential financial loss — arising from platform downtime.

9.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sm777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

sm777 expressly excludes all liability for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, regardless of whether sm777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, sm777's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

9.4 Third-Party Services

sm777 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or defaults of any third-party service provider — including payment processors, game studios, live streaming providers, or telecommunications networks — whose services are integrated into or accessible through the platform.

sm777's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the sm777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

sm777 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and accessed only by authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. sm777 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent, except as required to process transactions, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your sm777 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by sm777

sm777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; evidence of fraudulent conduct; legal or regulatory instruction; or the Platform's commercial decision to exit a particular market. In cases of termination for cause, sm777 may forfeit the Account balance in full.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, your right to access the sm777 platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14 — shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm777 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to sm777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

sm777 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. The existence of a dispute does not entitle a Player to withhold or seek chargeback of funds already wagered on the platform.

sm777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sm777 will notify registered Players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. The revised Terms will be posted at sm777.vu/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the sm777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
